I am a Counselor and Psychotherapist providing secure online sessions. One to one private therapy sessions are where my clients can explore the difficulties they are facing from a registered Associate Professional Counselor and registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore personal or difficult issues that may be causing you distress. 

 

My professional training and experience enables me to work with clients on either a short-term goal-orientated basis or over a longer-term period to enable us to explore personal challenges at a deeper level.  

 

Rather than offering advice or instructions, counseling focuses on helping you explore your thoughts and emotions, so you can better understand finding your own way forward in a way that works best for you.​​
